If you upgraded your membership level and paid via PayPal, it is possible that it can take up to 15 minutes until your new membership status is getting in effect.
This issue is depending on PayPal payment servers. After processing your payment at PayPal side we get a notification and will upgrade you automatically. If your new membership status does not get in effect after a period of 5 hours, please contact our support team and we will investigate further.
